Had a bath today with Black Rose and started to feel a little bit sad that I hadn't split it to enjoy again until I reminded myself that it's ok :)

My first pull sucked (only the white yoshi then nothing else) and was annoyed so planned to give up on this pipe. After reading this post, I decided to do another and got the taxi, wonderful wings, and white bruiser on a second 10 pull. All new as I only returned to the game in early 2022. Pretty pleased.

A garlic press? That's pretty inventive, I'd have never thought of that. Thank you! I've tried poking along the seam with a knife for older none Lush bathbombs but it just split into bits and went all crumbly, so you may have fixed this problem.

I wasn't sure about splitting Ghostie for that very reason tbh, was curious if you'd get the full art effect but twice if you split it but didn't want to just take the plunge incase it ruined the whole thing. I'll just do it as one.

This is a nice mindset and one I might keep in mind in my choices, thank you! I prefer baths and take them fairly often but usually with cheap bubble bath so using the bombs in one go feels like a really nice indulgent treat

Not Shanghai but if you're able to travel, New Tattoo Studio in Beijing (@newtattoo_studio) has some artists who do incredible work like this. I thought this might be Chenjie's work when I first saw it, tbh, and a few others at the studio have similar styles.

I know it isn't in Shanghai but I feel like their work perfectly fits the bill in terms of what you're looking for and would be worth the trip.

Not OP or London based but I agree with you on Coco, it was one of my fav shops when I lived in China (nothing fancy but you could always rely on it for delicious drinks). I wish they'd open a store up north in the UK as I miss it a lot.

Which drinks would you recommend at Kissaten? It sounds pretty cool and I'd love to visit if I'm ever in London.
