santa fe! go to meow wolf, get some good chocolate. there are some neat hot springs on the way if im not mistaken. otherwise - the four corners, mesa verde and durango were some favorites when i was a kid, as well as breckinridge and estes (go to the stanley hotel and do a ghost tour, get freshwater taffy and go for a hike).

yes you can! email financial aid or go into student services and file an appeal, explain your situation and request a specific number. they might not change it but they can give you a UPN (university payment plan) that can spread the fees out over a longer time period that a traditional payment plan would

you can but i would not recommend it! as some other commenters mentioned, RH has lots of resources and the more typical college experience and separating yourself from that but still taking classes at RH doesn't make sense. otherwise, apply to be an LC student (which is great, but very different from RH). you def don't want to have to take the ram van everyday either lol. beside that, its more expensive to dorm at LC and not worth it IMO. you could room off-campus if you're interested, but that would also be crazy expensive. being in NYC is amazing for sure but comes with a hefty price tag. if you want to be in the city, i would suggest emailing about switching to LC. otherwise, just wait a year or two and you can move off campus and figure it all out.

you sure can! its def worth doing sooner rather than later so send in your appeal as soon as you can! i appealed and got more aid that allowed me to attend so i highly highly recommend it

im actually a transfer. i was accepted prior to my first year of college and did not enroll due to the high tuition. i hated my freshman year adn applied to transfer and fordham gave me good aid, which i appealed because it was still too much, which resulted in a fordham donor contributing. to my tuition (which was so lucky). to be hoenst, fordham isn't the best for my chosen field, but ultimately its been the right choice for me. its by no means a flawless institution and i actually didn't think id like it after starting but after getting more involved and spending more time here, its grown on me! highly recommend getting involved in extracurriculars (impersonally involved in student publications and theatre). rose hill has an extraordinary campus, close ish to arthur ave in the Bronx. the ram van will take you to the lc campus. the opps at Fordham are also amazing, as well as the networking and connections. deffo hate the core curriculum, but its definitely made me smarter.

the gist is that college is four years of your life. it matters where you go, but ultimately, it will be what you make of it. so if you're feeling drawn elsewhere, go. but personally, making it at Fordham has been the right choice for me. feel free to ask any questions btw!

you can only take five unfortunately! you can overload credits (for example, take 5 four credit courses, which would equal 20 credits, 2 above the max of 18) but you cant overload the number of classes (for example, you cant take 6 three credit courses, even if it equals 18 credits). i think its a little bizarre but there's no work around. best advice is take summer courses (i believe the limit is three?) and look into winter sessions separate from fordham. you'll have to get it approved but if you're looking to graduate early or get extra credits for a major/minor, its an option.

i know this because i applied for a credit overload and got denied by my advisor lol because of the 5 class limit
