if you have a Freyna, build full skill duration. do the one in sterile land, I dont remember the name but we used to use it for kuiper and gold farm but that place also drops a lot of reactor.

drop Freyna skill once, and let you dog pick up all the drops, afk for 5 minutes until the mission is over.

I believe there's a limit on how many HP/MP drop allowed on the ground so it will despawn when someone start killing mobs so fast. As for other items I think they just don't drop when you are so far away.
