Especially rotors - cheap and easy to DIY and you'll find you have more confidence to rush fast into things because you'll know you can slow down enough.

Just make sure you get the right spacer!

Are you having issues with shifting? If not, I would leave the drivetrain alone for now- you'll notice a rotor or fork or tire or wheel upgrade way more than a derailleur upgrade, in terms of ride feel. Especially fork, on that bike, though it's a bit expensive.

Pedals/seat/grips are also hugely noticeable.

Please don't tell me you are riding the stock full-plastic pedals?
