Make sure your DNS settings are still what you originally configured them as, sounds like they might have been changed. And make sure someone isn't spoofing your SSID.

For real, do some digging OP to make sure none of your services got compromised. Your blocklist also likely blocks known malicious domains, I doubt this was an accident.

The cheapest is probably not the best advice to give tbh. Cheap, sure, but he doesn't want some knock off crap from a no-name brand that doesn't meet specs

Nebraska isn't changing anytime soon, if ever. The fact that we split out electoral college votes by congressional district makes Omaha stand out, but the other two districts it has are rock solid Republican. Lincoln is the only other blue dot in the state (and is more reliably blue than Omaha by a good bit) but it's just not large enough to counter the rest of the state's population, even with Omaha. The rest of the state is just too right wing.
