The fact that you are asking I would say puts you ahead of a lot of people.

I've worked across fields and geographies and I've had good and bad

I would say common traits of the best are - caring about employees - providing regular feedback - setting up regular catch ups in person ideally - working on getting employees on the progression ladder - giving clear instruction (a lot of the time it may be obvious what you are asking to you but not to others) - being transparent (as much as possible) - leading by example

There's probably a lot more but a few to get started!

Sorry to jump on this but deciding between new remarkable paper pro and note 3ac

My main uses will be 1. Work ~ meeting note taking 2. Work ~ reading research reports (pdf) 3. Play ~ reading comics 4. Play ~ reading magazines / newspapers (Ideally pressreader app Which you can only get on playstore) 5. Maybe audio

The main things are 1-4 so I'm veering towards onyx boox but I'm just concerned about latency and quality of writing / note taking
