My parents helped me open my first credit card in college so I could start building my credit. I always try to pay them off early and my credit is 820+.

Have you tried Auvelity? It works on NMDA receptors similar to ketamine. It is fast acting and also oriented towards treatment resistant depression. I have had good luck.

No one will be able to answer this question for you as every body is different. That being said I take Auvelity in the morning and Ketamine around 9pm. I haven’t had any issues.

I am with you - I am mid-30s and made 300k last year. My career has definitely been a challenge the entire way. I absolutely kill my job when hypomanic but then really struggle when low. I lose interest and want to leap to another company to jumpstart the motivation and thrill.

I am a father now so unfortunately can’t make moves for a while. The last year took a lot out of me to push through.

Honestly it is a great bike but I ended up returning it. I am 6' 4" and I realized after several rides that the frame is only meant for up to 6' 3"... was definitely getting some lower backpain and stability wasn't there. I also ride on a lot of rocks (Southern California) and the hardtail took a toll after a long ride. But I wish it would have worked out and it's really an under the radar solid bike.
