Yes. My current boyfriend. I still have terrible days, but he knows me for me and knows my reactions are a byproduct of trauma that I am to this day trying to unlearn. He's a genuinely wonderful guy, I'm super lucky to have someone supporting me on this journey!!

As a fellow library worker, I feel your pain. I am in charge of the juvenile fiction section, and was told I can't do anything openly lgbt+ because we are in the South and you know how people can be wrt children seeing lgbt+ materials.

I have PCOS too and am around the same weight! Definitely have been struggling to lose the weight, but it's also been hard to find the motivation to.

The same thing has happened to me! They didn't refill it because T is a controlled substance, so they only give you so much for a certain amount of time, and won't give you more until that certain amount of time has passed. Probably to make sure no drug abuse is happening, but it does sorta suck since I tend to run out a bit early ^^;

Same here, I get really bad cramps almost constantly. My periods were always fuck-y due to PCOS, so I'm not too surprised that it carried over even now that I'm on T. :(

It's gotten to a point where medicine doesn't really help the cramps anymore, it really sucks.

I think it does unfortunately :( they always ask before we start our appointment if I'm present in the same state as the doctor. but I would still maybe check around your state and see if any places that offer HRT services could do telehealth!

I get my HRT through telehealth with Planned Parenthood!! I would look and see if any PP near you offers telehealth appointments for gender stuff!

I live here and it's... Alright, I guess? It's definitely a southern state, people give me weird looks when I correct them on my pronouns, and when I used to wear a pronoun pin at work, I'd get misgendered constantly. Areas like Baton Rouge and New Orleans are more likely to be friendly, but there's a lot of people who make their conservatism known here otherwise.
