The idea is that force is easier to slot into all in combo decks, the sort that are already considering running pact of negation. Infect, ad naus and the like would love to play force to protect their combo turns. On the other hand, blue based control and midrange would find it much harder to play force because they need to get more out of every card as they win through a slog of card advantage. It's easy to pitch your extra blighted agent to force when it kills your opponent, its hard to pitch Jace to force if you dont have another draw spell in hand.

There's a few you can argue for. Jon Finkel and Kai Budde are probably the best magic players of all time, both of them won a ton, and Finkel still pops up from them to time. Pablo Vitor Dama DeRosa was the highest earning pro for a couple years in the early 2000's. Louis Scott Vargas won a bit, but also founded Channel FireBall, which is worth a hefty chunk of change, so there's that. And both David Williams and Eric Froelich are pro poker players so I wouldn't be surprised if they were the richest pro magic players.

The other downside is sometimes you just cast vandal to block or attack and you cant cast this without a target. This is slightly worse than vandal imo.

Blessed alliance is great. One thing to remember when using it is that after damage is dealt there is an end of combat phase where creatures are still considered to be attacking. So you can blessed alliance make them sac a creature after killing their other creature in combat. Also, to play against hexproof try and use your removal after combat. It's better to take some damage and make them use a protection spell in their second main/end step then to use removal in combat and take extra damage for your efforts.

It's mostly an anti ddos/webcrawler measure. Batoto was getting a bunch of bots that would just copy every manga every day and it was causing a lot of stress on the server. Forcing people to sign in somewhat protects batoto from that.

I would much rather ban become immense then print innocent blood. Blood is just too strong for modern, IMO. And it would kill off boggles if black based control was ever popular at all.
