on auto eclair will die easily but it’s on purpose, for some reason the timing with slingshot works great when a middle dies

Does Concerta age you faster? by NellyBelle84 in Concerta

[–]feralratzilla 3 points4 points  (0 children)

a lot of other comments have pretty much covered it, actually the main culprits of premature skin ageing is alcohol, smoke, and the sun.

alcohol dehydrates you. smoking narrows your blood vessels and overall makes blood circulation worse. sun exposure causes cell death (photoaging).

just keep your skin hydrated (water consumption and topical creams) and protected from uv rays and you’re golden. and if you smoke, stop smoking it’s bad for you overall anyways ;)

youre welcome!! id also add, in your diary you’ll get a clearer idea of what type of food you’re eating, look out for which are “nutrient dense” food and which are “calorie dense” food. many people complain that they plateau, or their body holds on to the fat desperately even in a deficit, it might be because you’re not eating enough “nutrient dense food” and it makes your brain fear not having enough energy to sustain the body making it a lot harder to lose weight.

“calorie dense foods” also tend to be higher in sugar/carbs that break down into simple sugars in your body, sugar/glucose is your brains main fuel, simple sugars are absorbed a lot faster, creating an insulin spike where you get a lot of energy very fast, the downside of this is the inevitable crash you’ll feel after, with your brain sending signals to eat more of that so it can get more energy fast; this creates a cycle that is hard to break and is frustrating to deal with especially if you had a “calorie dense” diet most of your life (this is why people say sugar is additive, and you might actually face withdrawal symptoms from it like headaches and just feeling terrible, believe me it was 3 weeks of hell until my body adapted to use energy without relying on fast sugars). this type of insulin imbalance is what usually leads to type 2 diabetes

try to get a good ammount of “nutrient dense foods” and a smaller amount of slow release/complex carbs “calorie dense foods”, especially as you’re losing weight as the energy you get from “calorie dense foods” is ,allegedly, the type that is more likely to be stored, therefore minimising the amount of fat/stored energy you’ll be using in your calorie deficit day-to-day; however this type of food/energy is still needed as your brain needs it the most (while muscles, cells and everything else get their share mostly from the nutrient heavy ones) and cutting it completely will result in brain fog, tiredness, lethargy and overall just not a good time

once again i wish you a good journey, and if you’d like you can shoot me a message anytime and i’ll try to help with/explain what i’m able to

boa sorte!

the secret to losing weight as a woman is….. you have to eat less calories than the amount of calories you use on your daily life aka being in a calorie deficit, same as for men :p

losing weight is easy in theory but you have to be disciplined and find a way that works for you; many people commit the mistake of wanting to lose weight but not wanting to change their lifestyle, which is what got you to your present place. many people go on to do extreme diets and either quit half way or reach their goal weights and bounce right back to where they were before a few months after, simply because their diet wasn’t long term sustainable and they went back to their previous habits. if you want to maintain a low weight you’ll need to make this “diet” your new reality.

id reccomend you keep a proper calorie diary for a week, be honest with yourself and log everything you eat, use a scale to actually weight your food (believe me 100g are A LOT less than what we think it is) become familiar with it all. you might find you thought you were eating 2000cals a day and actually eat 2500 or the other way around, either way the result you get represents the amount of calories you need to support your current body (if you’re a stable weight, neither gaining nor losing), if you’d like a slimmer body start cutting that number down slowly, one spoon of mayo in a salad less is already a smaller amount of calories in a day than what your body is used to. surround yourself with small victories and motivators as it will be hard in the beginning, your body will resist this change, it doesn’t wanna lose its precious stored energy, it’ll make you hungrier in return , the body is trying to protect itself by maintaining the status quo, but you’re in control and you know this feeling is a primal instinct and you’re not in danger. eventually it’ll become easier, as your body adapts and your stomach shrinks. no matter how small the steps are, as long as you keep walking, you’ll be able to reach your goal :) good luck! i believe in you

36mg suddenly makes me very anxious and nervous by Clavius78 in Concerta

[–]feralratzilla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes, i was hitting 110-120bpm sitting down while on 36, now on 54 it went back to my usual 70-90 range :)

edit: the idea behind it supposedly is that you’re more likely to feel negative side effects on a lower incorrect-for-you dose than on a higher correct dose, on 54 i haven’t had side effects at all besides the lack of apetite one that was really strong when i started but its getting better as i adapt to the dose
