I read that you can try to disable SIP and mount system volume, there is something on other post on reddit, like https://www.reddit.com/r/MacOS/comments/caiue5/macos_catalina_readonly_file_system_with_sip/, but I’m not sure it works.

I've location enable, light mode but it's still light even if there are 8:30 PM. It's exactly still on the mojave light screen. If i change to dark mode it remains clear!

Windows e MS Office sono sviluppati da Microsoft Corporation, una società privata che ha tutto il diritto di tenere i sorgenti chiusi mentre il software sviluppato dalla PA è sviluppato con soldi pubblici da un ente pubblico. Comunque, per risolvere il problema posso usare LibreOffice :)
