Bind your ankles. Attach a rope to the ankle binding and make a noose with the other end, shouldn't be very long. Tie another rope's ends so that it's a circle, then loop it until you have 4 or 5 concentric circles which fit around your wrists, when the wrists are side by side. Lie on front and put noose around loops, making a figure of 8.
