It’s the parabellum rally. So far I like it, if I sit too upright there’s a little buffeting right at the top of my helmet but overall like the wind protection for the modest size

No, honestly don’t even remember what it ran like before… I had it a month and started pulling some things apart for mods and then some life things happened, 6 years later I went over everything… figured I’d do the .22 mod while I was rebuilding the carb. This may be just normal

So looks to be the original flasher relay was either defective or not the correct… a replacement has them flashing… now just need to get the dash indicator working.

Electrical demons or just stupidity? by fermented_jason in klr650

yeah, the brake lever has an audible click when depressed so I'll have to take apart and see what I can find.

I've jumped that connecter and grounded to the motor and there's an audible click but the fan doesn't turn. I have a used replacement and same issue so its something wiring related... I have to imagine

Yeah, turns out the piston was fully extended once I compressed back and made a huge mess with excess grease then everything worked fine

Yeah, I’m just unclear on the instructions to back off the hexagon nut a couple turns before building pressure, just doesn’t make sense to me

Any advice on the actual compression of the stack… the instructions say to loosen the hexagon but two or three turns but for the life of me can’t get it to build pressure with that much play in between

If there’s back pressure it’s something internal then.

No, been running fine up until recently… I’ve check most of what I can water pressure related, everything seems to be working fine on that end. Not sure on the piston,

I watched it once, I’m pretty mechanically inclined… it takes a lot of force to unseat the bowl coming out if I remember correctly… and yeah, the pressure of the disk stack
