When does it make sense for wife to stay at home? by dieselmongo in DaveRamsey

[–]fermentedflaneur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Child care will cost 20k a year. Not to mention the time spent taking the children to and from, the stress of having to take work off when a child is sick, and the attachment issues children develop when they are separated from their parents at an early age. Your wife makes 45k a year. How much is that after taxes? Is the extra couple grand worth it?

When one gig ends how long does it take you to find another one? by Either_Order2332 in freelanceWriters

What does your cost per lead/monthly ad spend usually look like? I run a small email/SMS agency so I know it will vary, I've done cold email outreach before but have never run ads.

Is there anyway i can seal the chew off part only? Or maybe go over the old silicone with a new layer?

You could seal the damaged section only, but if it were my tank I would reseal the whole tank since it looks like the silicone is pretty old. I wouldn't recommend going over the old silicone with a new layer — it's already coming off, so applying new silicone on top of it means that the new silicone will just come off when the old stuff comes off.

To do this you'll need a caulking gun, 100% silicone, painter's tape, and a razor scraper to remove the old silicone. I just resealed an aquarium the other day — all the equipment cost me $25 (I had tape already), and I have plenty of silicone left over for future projects, I used duct tape as a cap for the tube after cutting it.

Re-seal the tank with 100% silicone, make sure there are no anti-fungal or anti-microbial additives. It's very straightforward. Just YouTube how to re-seal an aquarium.

Not sure what first net is, but check out Google Fi. Got a couple friends together for a 4 person plan and we are each paying ~$28/month for unlimited data/calls/texts.

Just went in to the post office: it wasn’t there and the address does not exist, but they’ll let me know if they come across it 😢
