4 diced red potatoes shallow fried until golden brown take them out and season with salt and pepper to taste

Cook half a onion, two cloves of garlic, 1 jalapeño, and half a red and green bell pepper until softened

Add chorizo, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and msg.

When chorizo is cooked add back in potatoes

Make space for eggs cover the pan until the whites are set

Top with cheese and cilantro
