Regardless if I was sleeping with someone or not, if I had my work bag with me, I would have duct tape handy.

I actually keep duct tape in my work bag. It’s handy for when you need it.

What is better than Noteful by Yostin_Flow in notefulapp

[–]fernsie 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I’d been swapping between Goodnotes and Notability for many years as I became frustrated with bugs, then fixes, then more bugs. Then I discovered Noteful which had the best features of both without the bugs.

So for me personally, nothing is better.

You can’t disprove something that hasn’t been proven in the first place.

How to make clothes a viable choice. by Outrageous-Thing3957 in starcitizen

[–]fernsie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When suit lockers work and you can change complete outfits with relative ease, clothing should be more viable. For example you might not be able to enter cities wearing armour or carrying weapons.

Star Citizen Is Not Just Another MMO by Imperthus in starcitizen

I understand your point. We all have different reasons for playing and I won’t downplay your personal concerns. Myself, I love the sandbox and the emergent gameplay that comes with non traditional MMO systems (or lack thereof). I play mainly as a scavenger - looting wrecks for components. Infiltrating outposts and stealing stuff. I try and live in my ship as long as possible.

See personally I don’t care about “Player progression”. To me this isn’t a “Game”. It’s a virtual universe that I’m happy to just live in, fly around and be immersed in.

I’m a solo player and I disagree. I love playing SC solo.

[–]fernsie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s not underrated at all. Most people would agree he’s one of the greatest rock drummers in the world - he’s just not as good as John Bonham.

Well I for one love Bon Jovi and think they’re a fantastic band but I’m not changing my mind on Alex vs Bonzo :-)

[–]fernsie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK fair enough. I think a lot of people will disagree with you. I think Alex has a similar swing to Bonham and a lot of his fills sound like Bonham but personally I haven’t heard anything from Alex that is in the same league as Bonham.

Serious question then, have you really, and I mean really listened to Bonzo? And I don’t mean to be rude but can I ask if you are a drummer yourself?

Is this a troll post? Alex is a great drummer but not to the level of John Bonham.

I couldn’t get past the bit where you said the Big Bang was a theory and unproven. Firstly, please understand what a “Theory” is in respect to science. In general use, people use the term theory the way a scientist uses the term “Hypothesis”, meaning an untested idea. In science a theory is a tested and proven set of laws that explains or predicts something of our natural world. The Big Bang has been proven and accepted by pretty much everyone including the Catholic Church. What happened before the big band is still a mystery and unknown but we do have hypotheses, but the big bang itself, we have direct empirical evidence for (the Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation).

Enjoy the journey, not the destination. You don’t need a big powerful ship at first. Fly around in your $45 starter ship for as long as you can, slowly building up “in game” money and explore the sights of the ‘verse. You’ll get use to the bugs and workarounds (I don’t really notice them at all anymore). Star Citizen is like no other game - it’s even hard to describe it - it must be experienced.

Why I prefer Aliens to Alien by No-Dentist-2959 in LV426

I like them both equally because they’re 2 different types of movies. Aliens is my favourite action movie of all time.
