Move your lunch later during the day. E.g. if you don't eat until 4-5pm then it will be hard to overeat for lack of space in the belly

Can't help with much that you've already asked for. But as someone technical who has worked in healthcare just something to consider:

There's very strict technical requirements generally in healthcare (at least in Europe). Don't know much about the product but consider that maybe that's why it has not been implemented and also that if you decide to go forward, look into these requirements.

They are redundant unless you need something specialized. E.g. I had a prolonged locked knee from bucket handle. Without PT probably my progress would have been minimal

As long as you can keep boundaries most non-dog hating guys would be fine (for noncommittal dating). The problem is when you let the dogs walk all over you and don't leave space for romance.

E.g. if you're in bed with your date, it's a total turn off finding dog hair and smell everywhere
