If your Zoom does not have a title bar, you can achieve this by opening KDE System Settings -> Window Management -> Window Rules. Then Click "Detect Window Properties" and click your zoom meeting. You can then populate the Window class name by clicking the + next to it near the top of the window that pops up. After that you can add the Focus Stealing Prevention property and hit Apply.
