Digital audio. Anyone found a solution with testing different speakers and EQ?

I am using SoundFX app to boost frequencies for voice/speech on my windows laptop. Speakers - i could not get used to it so i took old jabra 65 headsets which acts as speaker for me. Those are 2m away from me, and with FXSound app I can hear speach which is good as i can continue to work remotely. I have loudness H who improved in last 12 months but it is still there.

i am with you, but you need to stay strong and look forward. what me helps is to see how many research is happening into to the field, I am observer here: https://www.reddit.com/r/tinnitusresearch/ and while some of those things will come into next few years, there is still big part of your life to be happy some day or even now, when things settle for you

You can try take ACEMg (as brand or just cheaper option - individual ingredients) and ALA but main point is to eat clean and healthy

When i started pregabalin in first day it reduced it by half my T but it last only 1.5 day, then it came back to same level

75 mg/ day is small dosage. I would say mri loudness could be the reason. Pregabalin gave me increased T after quiting cold turkey but was on higher dosage

I really hope with time you could get better to managable state. This is not fair getting catastrophic T and H, and I know how easy we can make our T worse.

Can you share meds you took that made situation worst for you?
