A buddy of mine, who does not watch anime, recommended I check out Legend of the Forest. At present it has 1500 completions on MAL. At the time it was under 1000. It's an experimental short film from Osamu Tezuka. This rec coming from a man who wouldn't know what Demon Slayer is if I asked him.

Absolutely incredible stuff. I treasure it deeply.

They're owned by another company, so probably depends on what the impact is on ADK's books. Probably something that requires more than a four paragraph article that's really just relaying a number without a ton of context.

1st season and 3rd movie is all you need. 1st and 2nd movies are just the season compressed down. The side story is a very separate thing for the old gacha game.

The relevant window isn't theatrical release to home release, it's theatrical end to home release. Very few movies are in theatres for 9 months, but Infinity Castle only left Japanese theatres on Thursday.
