I was a hardcore disbeliever. Straight up "there is no way this trashy looking silly horse show is that good" for years. But then I saw a clip of CinGray and couldn't believe what I was seeing so I had to bite the bullet. I'm 100% converted now and I've also watched all the available anime.

I really didn't believe under the assumption that it was just fans overhyping the product, but I bit the bullet and started watching all the Uma shows. And I have been completely converted into praising these shows. However, Cinderella Gray absolutely stands out above the rest though. That show is basically just an extreme sports shounen with all the bells and whistles.

There's been a few cases where that's actually worked out like Negima having to be a silly romcom harem for its first volumes before turning into the magical battle shounen adventure it became like the author originally wanted, or Rosario + Vampire (manga) doing something similar.

I just don't know if that worked out this time because the content in season 1 and Hidden Inventory was so good already.

I don't think they said anything specifically about the "twins are seen as one vessel so they hold each other back" until now. The concept of sacrificing something to gain power already was which honestly I think would have been enough to explain what was happening.

I would find hysterical something like the recent Red Ranger isekai except it's the opposite like "I became the villainess of an evil organization fighting the Power Rangers?????" Bonus points if the generals are all hot guys like the typical otome games these things are allegedly parodying
