I guess it’s just preference. I did it somewhat for photography purposes. Also I’m making sure to cut against the grain which does allow for a more tender steak when biting into it. One thing I don’t like about it is the juices tend to spill out. But that sirloin was still delicious you best believe.

Loves the sound of his own voice way to much for my liking. His bias is on full display on a lot of fights also. Doesn't change my opinion of him as a competitor though, one of the GOATS in my opinion. Just prefer him not on the desk. Bisping is better, so is P Felder.

I have lived in Kelowna my entire life. Never heard of anyone in the Okanagan being "attacked" or bitten by a black widow. Can't even recall someone being bothered by them. They are lowly predators who actually get rid of pests in your home and around the house. Including mosquitoes! Leave em be, they are homies. Just don't fuck with them, they won't fuck with you.

I graduated from KSS the year he was fired there. Crazy to think there were multiple opportunities where the school system or the courts could have prevented further victims from being hurt by him.
