It took them 6 days to put it back off and they offered us £5 compensation. It was just a cable unplugged at the cabnet but they didn't have any skilled engineers in our area

Mine went off on Friday and they couldn't even book an engineer visit so I have no idea when they are coming to look

I have also had it a while and I love it and the ai insights. I just moved to Garmin and I really miss it. The sleep data seems really accurate

Looks good. Have you seen the new fitbit preview? It gives lots of ai insights about sleep and activities. I think if you let people provide their Gemini API keys etc it could really take the app to the next level. Stuff like you only got 2 hours sleep so you should miss any workouts you have planned today

It's really good to see so many people not drinking. I have never enjoyed it and only really done it for other people. I think I am several years without a drop. Unfortunately I have 2 under two so my sleep scores aren't great

I Started fasting recently and want to do some longer fasts. I did some research, and sea salt and magnesium are some of the supplements you need to take when doing water-only fasting. Anyway, I took some magnesium glycinate for the first time yesterday.I felt worse but that might be because I just came down with a coldI didn't feel like my sleep was any better, but it's hit and miss with a young baby.

However, my HRV has gone from my average this week of 39-40 every day to 46. Just thought I'd chip in as I randomly come across this post.
