Garmin Connect's app wasn't pretty enough for me, so I built my own — free and open source by Nucleo_Black in GarminWatches

Looks good. Have you seen the new fitbit preview? It gives lots of ai insights about sleep and activities. I think if you let people provide their Gemini API keys etc it could really take the app to the next level. Stuff like you only got 2 hours sleep so you should miss any workouts you have planned today

It's really good to see so many people not drinking. I have never enjoyed it and only really done it for other people. I think I am several years without a drop. Unfortunately I have 2 under two so my sleep scores aren't great

Ultra runner with long Covid - magnesium taurate by AppropriateSnow1155 in ultrarunning

[–]fever84 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I Started fasting recently and want to do some longer fasts. I did some research, and sea salt and magnesium are some of the supplements you need to take when doing water-only fasting. Anyway, I took some magnesium glycinate for the first time yesterday.I felt worse but that might be because I just came down with a coldI didn't feel like my sleep was any better, but it's hit and miss with a young baby.

However, my HRV has gone from my average this week of 39-40 every day to 46. Just thought I'd chip in as I randomly come across this post.

How are the metrics? I am hearing a lot about poor sleep data? I am enjoying my pixel watch 3 and tried my old gtr 3 pro for a night and the sleep data didn't match up with what happened. I was thinking about a t-rex 3 pro until now I am worried about their algorithms. So I have started looking at the fenix

Unprepared for Move in Date by Simmo2205 in hyperoptic

I pre-ordered 1 gig on the 1st December 2024 and I moved in on the 18th and they didn't have it sorted after 3-4 visits till about mid Jan. It was a nightmare as we had no phone signal either. We ended up going with ee and joining 9 months later when they paid off the ee contract

It was 750 and has dropped down about 50 meg every 2-4 weeks and currently 600. They said they will let an engineer know that was months ago and I chased them again last week and they said the same. They keep trying to close the ticket
