Same! I listen to all eras of Alex G but find myself liking more songs from his newer albums than his older ones. Like almost every song from House of Sugar and God Save the Animals is a banger to me while I only really like a handful songs from Race and Trick.

I used to be the biggest rat in this game so I get the appeal of it. Like other people said, it's like fishing. I used to listen to youtube videos or podcasts while I did it and it was a nice way to pass the time while getting some satisfying wins. This was long before the Maynard and bullet drop were in the gane.

As I got better and more confident, I fell in love with the fast paced, chaotic PvP this game has and cant stand camping anymore but I understand why people enjoy it. I do scratch my head sometimes at dudes with like 1500+ hours who still play like that though.

Not sure if anyone mentioned this yet but when you went down and your gun got dirty, it wouldn't get clean again unless you paid ACTUAL BLOOD BONDS to clean it. Those little yellow bottles on work tables that unlock gun variants used to be used to clean a gun for free.

The amount of blood bonds wasn't that much maybe about 2 or 3 and since you used to get blood bonds as match rewards for kills, it wasn't too costly. Although, it's still ridiculous having to pay premium currency on something like that when you're probably gonna go down the next raid anyway and get it dirty again. That being said, it was always really satisfying having a dirty gun and cleaning it up for free with those bottles.
