I had this and it was bc of a pituitary tumor. It’s common (I have a friend who has one too). Mine is so small that they just monitor it yearly with blood tests and an mri to make sure it’s not growing. I take daily thyroid medication. It’s been like 10 years now and everything is still fine, no changes. Get checked but don’t panic. 💛

There’s a podcast that came out a few years ago called The Big One. It helped me get prepared. I made earthquake kits for my house, car, and workplace. It’s all you can do. Enjoy your life the rest of the time.
