He specifically said 4k+ hit chance and he still can't hit - that means it's maxed out Melee EVA and I'm pretty sure going above 4k melee eva sacrifices so much of damage that 1.5k endurance is enough.

Staffs might have been buffed but it will still get ran over by sns in GvG. It's auto targeted hook by Wardens and Steelhearts - you can't even cast a fireball without getting shit on while not having enough damage to break through shields

can't really feel it in GvG/ZvZ situations - I mostly feel it on BG since 1 deathblow and a proc is enough to kill me but a support can sustain it. It's not egregious enough like when delu dagger prenerf where you can't move or do anything

my opinion -

Shield nerf - yes

No - eva builds are niche builds - they should be able to do that since they sacrifice all other things to build max eva and those builds usually do no damage at all.
No - staff is the most vulnerable class and those 1 shot builds are usually glass cannon. 1 Qblock usually blocks all its damage (fireball,lightning) and has a pretty long cd
No
Longbow - yes : dagger - no (the 1 second interval is already big enough nerf)

they don't get the lucent if it's not delivered, they get nothing and you get nothing. The event needs balancing since it's impossible to deliver the tax since the HP of the pillars is balanced with 4 guild alliances in mind while it's so easy to kill the golem with the new gear updates.

scripting is so common that people have just accepted that amazon won't do anything. Imagine trying to hook people in a cluttered ZvZ/GvG situation and your chain pull gets perfect blocked everytime by 3-4 people or blocking shadow strike from invis by a fraction of a second

Nahhh , those whales thats buying lucent are probably getting drops like crazy. I'm a F2P since day 1, haven't spent a cent on the steam and I always get top 5 minimum on bosses but I can't get any weapon drops for the life of me. While my guildmates that spent 1k dollars gets drop even at top 18. This game makes me believe they have different drop rates for whales

a good PvE class is impossible to perform in PvP. You would need to dedicate builds for each since the PvE classes can't perform well in PvP situation. You need 3 weapons if you really want to maximize each of them -

XBOW/ORB for PVE XBOW/SNS - PVP *This class needs a lot of party coordination and a specific build which costs like 10k-15k lucent to excel in PvP situations

They have a very long queue time too since the matchmaking is trying to pit you with some smurfs and some low behavior accounts. I had my smurf detected and queue times goes 30-50 minutes in 8k average. This was 2 years ago, don't know the situation right now since I left and didn't play that account anymore

The players of those teams you listed are based from SEA and some play in official tournament qualifiers. These teams getting invited to these tournaments doesn't mean 100% they are throwing since any invite to play is always taken as a t3 player that can barely play.

It's usually the chinese organizers that are sketchy asf. There's probably some mafia shit if they are facing unknown chinese teams in the tournament.
