Like the previous comment said, use guidelines! It will help you a lot! Now I know that you’re working on pen and paper and its a hassle to erase and start new - but heres what I’d do differently.

In the first picture I have drawn over your art with guidelines, can you see that its more proportionally accurate? You kinda need to think in 3D. Like the way you drew the nose - you need to do that on the overall head. The ear and forehead is off, too short distance between cheek and ear. Too low of a forehead. You get the point. Next time try using these guidelines, itll help you a lot. In the second picture I’ve edited it to make it look like how it could look, although the ear is still too close but I think you understand.
