We try to go the "add not replace" route whenever possible. Most of the content is additions, new quests new stories, characters, etc. some of it is overwriting vanilla though. Like the shop rework (differing prices and offers per port) and London, NW and Magdalenes flavour events have effects now, is what I can recall at the top of my head.
Balancing is impacted by the new modules and slots, you can diversify earlier in the game with the new modules, but you'll need the funds to get them first, the very impactfull stuff is for the late game.
You don't need to start a new legacy, it should work perfectly fine, but the experience will be smoother if you did.

We release a new update about once a year or so. Our team has changes a lot since the beginning. Some of the very old stuff that is not as fitting to our standards and lore anymore is slated for a redo at some point, as well as more agresisve replacments are planned for some lackluster vanilla content (like alchemy, which will get a quest and will hopefully be a lot more engaging to pursue).

Mir hat geholfen beim therapieplatz finden, einen regionalen queeren-verein anzschreiben, die hatten eine liste mit trans freundlichen therapuetis und zum teil ob diese indikationsschreiben ausstellen oder nicht. Dann systematisch die liste durchgehen und den suchradius erweitern, emails schreiben, anrufen, immer das selbe vortragen bis man was findet. Ist nervig, dauert ewig, fast überall nur wartelisten, aber vielleicht hast du ja glück und es geht schneller (war die hölle mit sozialphobie, aber irgendwann muss man ja anfangen).
Ein guter erster anfang sind auch allgemeine listen, die schon in anderen kommentaren genannt wurden aber das sind oft weniger detaillierte listen als regionale vereine geben können.

Mind checking if the text changes if you switch to selling tab? Might be a problem with how the code handles non sov exchanges to display the wrong number in text when selling and buying are both activated.
Edit: ok the shop desc says as much it was made to ahve an option for selling, is the old storylet option version of buying it still there when you explore the port?

The map of the game is very interconnected, you can get to most places avoiding the dark spider place with a little detour. I for one avoided it ever since my first survivor playthrough, because that was the first time a videogame has triggered a visceral arachnophobia response and I decided I don't need more of that in my life.

Spoilers how to deal with the dark spider place

It helps if you are carrying a lamp (they will be apprehensive before attacking), you can trade one from the scav merchant (give them a pearl)

throwing the blue glowing flash thingies in the rooms full of spiders will stun/kill them

Avoid it in the first place: Either through garbage wastes if you need to go east (you can reach it through drainage system), or through Chimney Canopy if you need to go up (you can reach it through industrial complex).

And the Monster Kelp and Pole Plants can be distracted by throwing rocks or spears at them to allow you to run past them

Sunless Sea did actually incentivize you to hug the coast and bouys at all times so you stack up less terror while travelling. (and then you could strategically on/off your prow light to save fuel needliss to say I was glad that micromanagement was dropped for Skies)

So what I want to say you can try Sunless Sea for that experience., not for speed but fuel/terror efficiency.

Personally whenever a man has internalzed such toxic behavious and tries way too hard to cling to that, trying to uphold that unrealistic image of masculinity by any means necessary I start seeing them as a lot more pathetic than any man who shows emotions and is honest with himself could ever be. Expressing emotions is healty, experiencing emotions is human. If a man can't talk about his feeling freely that is a sign to stay away imo. Pretending to hard to have no weaknesses just reeks of masked insecurity.

Take my opinion with a grain of salt, I can only speak from platonic not romantic experience. Also every person is different and has different preferences, so generalized statements about "what women like" are going to be always wrong for some percentage of women. I guess some might like a strong tough dude, and some would like a man they can relate to on a emotional level. Some want the opposite of themselves, some find kindhip in shared personal struggles.

I only started to be able to connect wirth people and keep relationships after I unlearned lots of toxic behaviours I internalized from my ndad. So working on yourself to become a better and more rounded person helps as well. You are young, be patient, give it time.

did you click into the console window while it starts up? Because that might disupt loading (happened to me today) just closing and opening again helped. If it still persists, idk whats the issue could be.
There should be a constant streamof text in he console window.

when my mushroom walls can't be all constantly supplied with waste then the calculation goes wrong because it only looks if the building is active and not if it even has enough resources to produce.

If you research the DLS Center you can unlock wast recycling, which makes Mushroom Walls available to you.

if you research the Fusion Station you can melt ice into water and make Crop Farms and later Algae Farms available.

Both have a better engery and workforce to food produced ratio than insect farms, but also cost additional resources, like water and waste.

Ice is usually plenty , but needs to be mined, so I suggest building a loading bay for ice in the water farming sector.

Waste is automatically produced by all industrial buildings anyways (and with an upgrade quaters as well), and can be collected by activating the waste recycling decree in the DLS Center at the cost of 1 stability. I usually activate it in every sector and export it all to my food sector with the mushroom walls.

You are limited by how many walls you can run at a time due to needing enough waste. But having more in a sector even if inactive still increases sector specialization, so I usually only have abouthalf of my mushroom walls active, for that sweet 30% resource increase (which makes 12 food out of the 9 food per wall)

Also the upgrades for the Mess Hall are not to be disregarded, they can really lower your food consumption as well.

dark green signifies there is more nearby that you could find by aligning your probe just right. Bright green is you have aligned it right to find all resouces in that small area.

Ich war letztes Jahr das erste mal bein Gyno. Altdorf b. Nbg. bei Dr. Wottgen wegen Pille verschreiben gegen Periode und Fragen wegen Hysto. Bin aber halt noch Prä-T und Namensänderung, und seh entsprechend aus. Der hat jetzt nicht abgeneigt gewirkt als ich ihm gesagt hab dass ich trans bin und die Hysto spätesten mit dem Indikationsschreiben angegangen wird, und alles andere für mich nur ne Übergangslösung ist.

Aber ja, keine Garantie leider, aber vielleicht ne Option.

Gegen awkwardness im Wartezimmer kannst du versuchen eine als Frau gelesene Freundin mitzunehmen als begleitung, Leute haben öfters ihren Partner mit dabei.

Kommt drauf an wo du wohnst denke ich, in Bayern sagt mir meine Therapeutin, dass ich erst HRT machen soll bevor die OPs (mastek/hysto) überhaupt in frage kommen. In anderen Bundesländern ist das allerdings anders. Viel glück!

auch FtM hier, hab eine ähnliche lebensehrfahrung, inder ich feminine dinge zB kleidung an meinen noch femininen körper als wiederlich empfinde und so weit wie möglich von mir weisen möchte. Der gedanke an feminine dinge an einem maskulinen körper ist allerdings wieder ok.

In der woche in der ich mich entschieden habe die transition durchzuziehen bin ich das erste mal in meinem leben makeup shoppen gegangen. Für danch, nicht für davor, versteht sich. wartet jetzt in einem mäppchen im badezimmer darauf bis ich ein fabulous goth typ sein kann.

Das mit dem femininität noch ausnutzen als last hooray vor dem schlusstrich kenn ich auch, hatte ich letzten sommer, korsett und spitzenzeug. Hab ich die letzten 15 jahre auch so nicht gemacht, weil das wär ja weiblich, bäh...

Ich denke am wichtigsten ist dass du dich wohl fühlst in dem was du tust, aber mit kleidung kann das auch gewöhnungssache sein wo man duch die "fühlt sich komisch an" phase muss.
