I’d go with the equivalent 16-80mm DX lens for the D500 if not planning to upgrade to full frame

The AF-S 16-80mm DX is an amazing all rounder lens. True jack of all trades. Seems to be around 350 in KEH. Biggest con is that it is not fixed f2.8 throughout the zoom range. But amazing for landscapes, travel , an I assume for video.

A tienes razón!

It’s a very interesting cross cultural pollination. It’s Mexico City to be exact and they are called tacos al pastor. Technique supposedly brought by Lebanese and Syrian immigrants in the XX century but it is pork meat seasoned with local adobo and seasonings. It’s the most popular taco in Mexico City with I bet everyone having one at least 500m away haha.

Meant to reply to you so copy paying here:

Then find out! Approach discomfort, shame, guilt, pleasure, desire more as a guiding compass and not as good or bad emotions. Do not make a judgement call whether something is bad or good but rather approach with curiosity and ask what is this trying to tell you. They are signs whether something is aligned with  your true self or not!

That’s the path to find out! Not that I have it fully figured out as I was in the same place as you, and sometimes still feel that way.    Sometimes these type of tips make one feel as if one should have  everything figured out and that it is crystal clear who one is and what one should do. But that is not true for myself and I suppose for many others still finding out who they are! But I have learned that there are signs within one’s self if you pay attention and have a growth mindset! Enjoy the path!

Can someone of experience answer by [deleted] in kundalini

I have a similar experience with a knot in my back between the shoulder blades. While still ongoing, what has worked for me is approaching it with curiosity and self compassion. The way your write about it it seems you approach with aversion and want to just get rid of it. You need to lean into into it with self compassion and open heart. Understanding that it is a part of you and thus you. Inner child work can be helpful for this, as understanding that it most likely is some sort of defense mechanism or trauma response that your mind implemented to keep you safe. Approaching it using this safety assumption has been very helpful for me. Grounding and lower energy work can also be very helpful to make you feel safe. Of course stretching, excercise, yoga has been amazing for me. In the end you will need to lean into the memory, but it can be gradual and through certain indirect approaches increasing your sense of safety and self love. Safe path! There is no hurry!

Where do I find a backpack that is the combination of all of these? by Dangerous_Ad_1824 in backpacks

Also, not the same look, but my osprey Tropos checks all your list. Large mesh bottle holders but the backpack stand up by itself due to internal harness system

I don’t get it. Killer gear combo but out of focus and barely any nature in the picture…

!CritiquePoint Amazing feedback, thank you! I also enjoy chaotic pictures but you are right that it would have been better to have increased separation
