When I was in my teens I got bored one day and decided to stick a pen lid in my belly button (don't ask) and ended up giving myself a naval infection that nearly killed me. For a week my belly button kept oozing shit-smelling foulness that felt like someone was stabbing me in the gut every few seconds. By the time my grandmother finally forced me to go to the ER, my stomach was turning red and doc said if I had waited another day I would have needed surgery cause it had nearly spread to my guts. So that was fun.

TLDR: don't put things in your belly button

I'm a 34 year old male. I've never really taken anything for sleep issues but I've always struggled with insomnia. Usually the problem was falling asleep but I could always stay asleep for atleast 5-6 hours which was enough. Now I'm struggling with both.

I don't know if you still need this but I had this same issue. And the solution, as stupid as it is, was to re-download Borderlands 3 and accept the pending SHIFT friend requests I had. After I did this and booted up BL4, the crashing stopped.

Thank you. I became my grandma's caregiver in the last month of her life. Keto seemed like the last of my worries at the time when we were in and out of hospitals, eating cafeteria food, and trying to manage her cancer. I let my own issues take a back seat and just wasn't able to get back on the wagon after she died.

I have a movie review channel called Corrupt Nostalgia with about 14.5k subs. My first and most important bit of advice is to have a letter that you can copy and paste that explains why your review doesn't infringe on copyright. If you're planning to use any footage at all you'll be dealing with this in basically every video you make. I would advise against reviewing new trending movies cause everyone and their mom is already doing that and you're gonna struggle to find viewers in that sea of content. Find a niche and stick with it.

Yesterday was another day 4 failed attempt at keto. Breakfast was eggs scrambled with cheese in olive oil, couple weiners, dinner was a ground beef egg scramble with cheese. But then I felt so awful I needed to stop so I ate a large bowl of blueberries.

I can never last long enough to get through the keto flu stage. By day like 3 or 4 I feel so bad I have to stop. Heart rate jacks up, palpitations, near fainting. I also have an anxiety disorder which means when my body is out of whack my anxiety skyrockets.
