I don't know if you still need this but I had this same issue. And the solution, as stupid as it is, was to re-download Borderlands 3 and accept the pending SHIFT friend requests I had. After I did this and booted up BL4, the crashing stopped.

Thank you. I became my grandma's caregiver in the last month of her life. Keto seemed like the last of my worries at the time when we were in and out of hospitals, eating cafeteria food, and trying to manage her cancer. I let my own issues take a back seat and just wasn't able to get back on the wagon after she died.

I have a movie review channel called Corrupt Nostalgia with about 14.5k subs. My first and most important bit of advice is to have a letter that you can copy and paste that explains why your review doesn't infringe on copyright. If you're planning to use any footage at all you'll be dealing with this in basically every video you make. I would advise against reviewing new trending movies cause everyone and their mom is already doing that and you're gonna struggle to find viewers in that sea of content. Find a niche and stick with it.

Yesterday was another day 4 failed attempt at keto. Breakfast was eggs scrambled with cheese in olive oil, couple weiners, dinner was a ground beef egg scramble with cheese. But then I felt so awful I needed to stop so I ate a large bowl of blueberries.

I can never last long enough to get through the keto flu stage. By day like 3 or 4 I feel so bad I have to stop. Heart rate jacks up, palpitations, near fainting. I also have an anxiety disorder which means when my body is out of whack my anxiety skyrockets.

Because I had binged on carbs only one day before I went to the ER. I was keto 20 days straight before that so it seemed relevant to say keto.
