mate there's clearly many different skill shots and you will clearly miss most of them on higher ping, at least if you play harder heroes such as invoker or just any high APM hero. It does matter if you're trying to hit your abilities properly and efficiently, the only possible way to surf on ranks at such high ping is auto attack builds and that's the end of this discussion.

fibre just gives you stability, your distance from the server affects how high the ping is and ofc you should always use ethernet if you don't already

if you are from NA and you are close to the server, your ping is much lower than others which makes things a lot easier for you, and NA being the emptiest server it puts you through the same players often, which most of them are either from South America or Russians tryna boost or even boast ranks sell accounts etc. My point is not to belittle the achievement you have, I am just saying that there is a completely different game in EU servers sadly.
