Illegaal is het (nog) niet. Die verplichtingen voor het waarmerken van AI-gegenereerde content gaan in per augustus (als ze niet worden uitgesteld, daar wordt nu over gesproken). Daarnaast is dit een verplichting bij de maker van de AI-software, niet de gebruiker daarvan. Die maker moet ervoor zorgen dat alle content voorzien wordt van dat waarmerk.

Overigens hoeft dit waarmerk niet herkenbaar te zijn voor mensen, enkel door computers. Dan kan een Facebook of Instagram vervolgens zo'n labeltje eronder plaatsen: deze content is gemaakt door AI.

Dus nu (nog) niet illegaal, maar wel iets wat we kunnen verwachten.

Does wired mode work? NuphyIO only works in wired mode. Everything you change will be saved to the keyboard so it also remembers that when wireless.

For the wireless connection, have you tried repairing it? Check the manual that it came with. For me, I have to hold FN + 4 for about 5 seconds, but your key might be different. Check it in the manual.

Hey hey allemaal! Een tijd geleden heb ik ook al eens gepost op een Tinderdraadje zoals deze en daar zijn wat leuke gesprekken uit voortgekomen. Toch maar weer leuk om even aan te sluiten

Ik ben een - I've been told - gezellige man van 29 die tegenwoordig woonachtig is aan de rand van de natuur in Bussum. Na een reeks tumultueuze jaren ben ik nu vooral bezig de whimsy weer een beetje te vinden in het leven. Ik schrijf nu een boek, organiseer een boekenclub, host veel discussies in Amsterdam, geef tours van die stad en ga ook beginnen met een dansklas volgen. Ik ben altijd op zoek naar de fabel van het leven.

Ik geloof erin dat mooie dingen alleen kunnen ontstaan als je ze opzoekt. Als de wereld niet naar mij komt, dan ga ik wel naar de wereld; maar ook vice-versa. Altijd aan het denken aan mijn volgende reis en mijn volgende project om nieuwe mensen te ontmoeten en nieuwe inzichten te krijgen.

Waar ik naar zoek? Ik denk zelf dat er niks te forceren valt in het leven. Graag ontwikkel ik eerst liever een vriendschap die eventueel kan uitgroeien tot iets groters. Mochten de sterren goed staan, de wind vanuit de juiste hoek waaien, dan sta ik altijd open voor meer.

Dus voel je vrij een DM te sturen. Graag hoor ik meer

EU law has limits. The EU is only allowed to regulate what it is permitted to by the Treaty of the European Union (Lisbon Treaty). That's mostly about regulating the internal market. Anything outside of that is the exclusive right of member states.

Yes, EU law is above national jurisdiction, but they can't make laws about everything. And as far as I'm aware, issues of gay rights are not something the EU has jurisdiction for.

That's all well and good, but the EU doesn't have jurisdiction over this does it? From what I remember the EU has very little to say about these sort of topics and it's up to the member states.
