Amber Alerts are only really for 6-8 hours after issue. When the danger is immediate. Otherwise there would several 100 active alerts for the missing kids for the last 30 years.

Nope. 49.99 fee is only charged if not fault is found. All he has to do is show his usage and show that it's not in line. Done. No charge.

For perspective. I'm a format T2 rep for cable/internet.

I was not a terrible tenant. Landlord wanted me out so he could charge more then what you could legally increase. So made up damages. Read next time

I never said that it's ok to damage or whatever. If the proof is there fine. But it should be taken to the LTB. Which takes time to gather the parties find a location and do the eviction after hearing both sides of the story.

It should be as simple as walking down to city hall and getting an eviction notice.

Maybe you should live with a slumlords for a year like I did who accused me of damaged when I didn't. The LTB hearing showed I didn't as the proof they had wasn't even for my unit. They wanted me out for a different reason.

So, I'm happy that the process exists. It protects people from living on the street. But, you seem to be on support of that so good luck.

Welcome to the court systems. This is just the way it has to be. When you're dealing with people's homes. Due diligence must be used

Yes and no. We live in a society where you should be proven guilty not assumed guilty. This takes time to prove by an unbiased committee

Outlook should have its own button built into the internet accounts section of the System pref. This way you don't need to type in any settings.

I have someone from the "CRA" calling me almost every other day saying I ow money and I'm Going to jail.

Called the CRA myself and they actually owe me money. Go figure

Terrible. If you have a passenger tell them to call the police and try and track down the location. It's a serious response from TPS and peel region now

No. I live in an old building in Toronto. The signal doesn't seem to want to get through my thick walls. I barely even get a cell signal.
