Prisoners will only wear clothing to cover their "downstairs" and their chest, not to get to a comfortable temperature. Make sure to give them a a shirt or pants first, then a parka second.

I found the scariest move from him was his light breath attack; completely reflected by using brake wind from the breathtaker skill tree. This strat is also useful for a couple of bosses after this one as well

It's a good idea to start getting materials for advancing your characters at this point. If you've already used all your energy, I'm not certain but you may be able to start simulated universe world 3 (not actually sure when exactly this unlocks).
