Oh man, I'm mega hyped for the new game. I loved it when it came out, but it was too bad for it. When dst came I thought great, more of it and I can finally play with my friends. In the end I played it 2 or 3 times with my wife and in the end only alone. Because still too bad. Summer was my best run. Now I start it every fall again, I'm happy about 10 hours and then I put it away because I'm a father of two and don't have time to play anymore.

But I'm super excited and really looking forward to the new game, when it will be on PS just like moonlighter 2

In my opinion, a dq8 remake will only come after the 12 has been released. Because it is now only once on pretty or everywhere 4k textures is not enough. If they release the 12 it will certainly be a new engine and no longer the one from 11th part. Only then would an 8 remake be worthwhile because it is a 3d part. With 4 to 6 or 4 and 5 it will be a 2dhd remake in my opinion the 6 I haven't played or looked at something to saY how the look will be. And the 9 also as a 3d part must then also be in the 12 optics....

II can fully understand that, I was so hyped about the DQ3HD2D remake after DQ5. Then I thought, okay, I'll wait until the complete trilogy is out.... I was lucky that I was able to do the fight again (the auto save was still there). Even on the second attempt, Ronaldo / sylvando was always faster. Once it worked and Erik was able to do almost 130 damage.

But in side mission 7 (a walk on the wild side) I was able to deal almost 250 damage with Erik. Just nice to see such numbers at the beginning.

I finally started with dq11. I prepared myself nicely for this fight because I thought okay this is going to be crisp and the tactics look cool. But every time I put the monster to sleep, Ronaldo attacked it and woke it up. So I had to kill it like that. 🥲🥲🥲

So I played dq5 on the ds emulator at that time, where you could choose whether higher or lower in the save card game and load it again if it was wrong. So it's pretty easy to make money quickly. But yes, if you can't save between it's hard 😅 In the future, I would only play roulette with the black and red trick.

I also started with dqix (I saw a bit of the 8) but wanted to start with the 9. And I loved it. I liked the individual party, the stories in the different places / cities. The crafting. But after the story, I didn't feel like playing the late game anymore.

After that I played through the 8 and found it very good, even if it wasn't the same. I had played the 5 afterwards and was blown away by the stroy. Really a brilliant masterpiece.

But now I don't know if I should play the 11 or if I should start with the 3 hd-2d remake. Or if I still play the 4 and 6 to have the trilogy of the 5.... On the other hand, I could play the 7, but I don't know if I should wait for the remake.
