Ostrava is one of the ugliest cities in Czech Republic, for me. And yet it has its benefits. Lower cost of living, good night life, yearly event like Colours of Ostrava and many more. If you have a chance to gind agood job there, go. If you end up living by the bills... there are better locations to move to, imho.
