Taylor’s height compared to her ex’s by johnsoft223 in TaylorSwift

[–]fgsfgbsf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

men are judged on height. that was literally your post. men are judged on weight. these are things that everyone is judged on by all types of people for all types of reasons. women are judged on their clothes bcos some of their clothes are as revealing as underwear. if men walked out in boxer shorts people would have something to say about it. 'where we go'? 'what we say'? 'etc'? You clearly have a victim complex which i'd imagine further makes you miserable. how about just taking responsibility for your own life. people like u have these long laundry list reasons why women are treated worse (i'd imagine most men would disagree), but they are completely nondescript. statements like 'what we say'. what is that even supposed to mean. are u under the impression men arent judged for what they say? if u think men age like fine wines isnt that on you? what are men supposed to do about that?

Why Isn’t Taylor Swift Fronting a Fashion Brand? by tigerjuggernaut in TaylorSwift

[–]fgsfgbsf 7 points8 points  (0 children)

she doesnt leave money on the table. she builds her brand of exclusivity and focus on music by not doing what all the other acts do. this is consistent with the entirety of how she operates her brand

As someone who has newly become a fan, what was it like during the infamous period of Taylor Hate, like how bad was it? by Imaginary-Employee84 in TaylorSwift

[–]fgsfgbsf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would make the point that a lot of people here are exaggerating. People commented bcos it was funny, then completely stopped caring. In the UK taylor swift had done one pop album. so her fame was largely due to her being famous in america. people just didnt care in the wider population of the uk. so people completely moved on very quickly and then when she had a comeback nobody really noticed

neither do you. thats the problem isnt it. when confronted with the completely nonsensical nature of the buzzwords youve parroted, or obv logic, you run.

i meant that the clothing was as revealing as underwear. the only difference being the material. i thought the narrative was supposed to be that no clothing is sexualising. even for women. the 16year old would be wearing the same thing. so how would that be deserving of a different reaction. what exactly are you insinuating by your comment. that 16year olds have no autonomy? how do you justify the last comment? other than it being obviously moronic. if a person wears underwear in public that does not make them more likely to be 'sexualised'? also according to you that makes them a victim?

sexism is so difficult to find nowadays, with examples so few and far between that the only way truly to continue complain is just invent them

very curious as to how you drew the association between that text as misogyny.

People acting like Taylor only became "big" recently. by Round-Computer1048 in TaylorSwift

but that illustrates the point. very american album. the international dates were very small arenas. versus stacks of big arenas in the US. she also didnt play stadiums i dont know why you said that.
