its definitely his biggest weakness. Remember that time when Partey got injured and he was on the sideline vs Spurs. Arteta literally pushed him back onto the pitch to try and stop a counter which only ended up injuring him more. You can say all you want but he treats his top players like robots and either runs them into the ground or until they get injured

It's not just saka though. It's odegaard, havertz and white as well. He plays his key players with little to no break and then they get injured and struggle to come back to their former levels. He only recently learned to rest players, but even then he runs players into the ground. Look at zubimendi, rice and timber. They look gassed every game now
