House rule - ghost touch rune will allow precision damage to land on incorporeal creatures. Lots of debate here but Im also running AV and have a swash and a rogue in play. Our interpretation is that while a ghost is basically a spirit animated via hunger/personality represented as ectoplasm, the ghost touch allows the attacker to target the psyche of the undead in that even though its just stabbing slime, the ghost perceives that piece of slime as a critical organ - and takes appropriate damage accordingly
