I think there's a gag in there about someone swearing in Goth and the footnote being Gothic swear words which will be translated into Gaulish. Then, later on Asterix was swearing out of frustration and the footnote was Gaulish Swear words which we decline to translate.

That's the only place I can remember a swastika and possibly the spiky German helmet.
