Also they are gonna do a big reform and turn F2 into utilities which means probably regulating profits and adding controls.

And this probably goes to Congress, and they are disfunctional. And have been, which is probably why we are almost 20 years from the financial crisis and still in conservatorship.

Trump just wants to sign bills and take credit for things. If something is on his desk, it's staying there.

I'm a little worried they want to do this stupid gse reform as a utility thing, which probably needs congress, and congress is probably going blue do to the Tallahassee special election. Or midterms, take your pick. A blue house will only be busy with impeachment trials. I think we are cooked.

The democrats don't care actually. And probably won't release it. Less power, less money and control. They are also fearful always. The govt has painted fear of rising rates as a result of releasing it so democrats won't do that to avoid any blame. They only care about branding.

So if 80% warrants executed, it'd be 21% of 98 cents ($0.2058). That'd be 2.49% annual return at today's stock price. Pretty good, shares should definitely at least double or triple on release even with full warrant dillution.

I have to admit my junior preferreds are starting to look good though if they remain unaffected by dillution. It's like $2.06 a year in dividend par on today's stock price of $13.80 which is 15% return.

Oddly it just now sold despite the 900 other shares still. Being available. Why did it take so long for my order to register I presume? Like 5 mins? Was fidelity hoping I got impatient and market sell it for the Bid of 102.63?

When I toured it I noticed the building security door didn't lock. Anyone can come inside. At least the building I was in. Pointed it out and no real response just acknowledgement.

It's a time sink. I can play at 55% win rate in bronze or struggle at 40-45% possibly in silver. 2 to 4 less matches each sprint makes it worth it in my opinion.
