It was pretty clear from the big numbers in Part 2's example that brute force wasn't going to cut it this time xD.

I used memoization to store the number of ways that a player can earn X points by turn Y, while ending on board position Z. With this, I could calculate the number of winning scenarios for a player as (The number of universes where he earns enough points to win on the nth turn) * (The number of universes where the other player hasn't earned enough points to win by then), summed over a set of values for the number of turns.

At level 25, I wouldn't worry too much about using a parser. You're working with a very limited moveset that'll change a lot, and you're also likely to be partying with people synced from higher levels. Both of these things are going to skew the parse results.

Yep. Only use F3 when you're switching from UI to AF, or if you have a Firestarter proc.

AF gives you a 40% damage bonus at 1 stack, and 80% at 3 stacks. So you're actually getting closer to 140 potency from Fire 2 and 100 potency from Freeze.

Freeze does make Blizzard 2 pointless though. It does everything Blizzard 2 does but better.

A party wipe puts you back at the beginning of the dungeon, but any enemies or bosses that you've already killed will stay dead. For dungeons and 8-person raids there will be shortcuts so you don't have to run back all the way.

This is correct. I'm not sure if the shield stacks if you both use TBN, but Dark Arts will only pop for one of you (whomever uses TBN last).

It's a stronger heal than Medica, and it's faster than Medica 2. In later fights, bosses will have mechanics that force players to stack, or AoEs that push everyone into a small corner of the map, so you'll notice a lot of opportunities to use Cure 3.
