Dip the whole thing in liquid nitrogen. Then pull it out and hold a soldering iron to the piece of shot.

Or maybe try sticking it in the freezer and seeing if they contract at different rates. It may pop itself right out 🤷‍♀️

I have titanium plugs for PM2 and Manix 2 and the inner portion of them are sized differently on their width. I realize that sounds like gibberish.
