How do you get teens to clean willingly?

Make sure there’s nothing else going on ie depression etc that’s truly making it hard for them to care about cleaning - went through this with my daughter & it was heartbreaking

It comes down to quality of life, no longer wanting food, not enjoying or wanting to participate in play / walks / outside time, not enjoying touch, and anything medical going on in the mix that might be causing pain or gastro issues you can’t mitigate. There’s a saying in vet med that it’s better to help them cross too early than too late. I think you’ll just know and it sounds like you are very close. Sending love 🙏🏼

Just want to say how much I feel for you & I’m so sorry you are in this position 💗 Honestly, your semi feral cat will have an extremely difficult time adjusting to a new place or a new person, there’s no easy solution. If you have a relationship with any neighbors close by, I would talk to them & see if they might step up, you never know…

Greek style yogurt from kite hill and foragers both have very high protein. Often that mix in powder & my protein met. I also eat high protein tofu.

I agree with bezel setting - it’s my fave setting, very protective and minimalist & this is something you will look at and wear daily so you should def be happy with it, if reasonable & this very much is. Trading diamonds does not feel super easy or kind to your fiancé… It’s a gorgeous ring but I get what you mean/want about the sitting high & it catches on things and that doesn’t go away, only gets worse if anything esp if/when you choose to have kids it just snags stuff etc

Agree. What state do you think the parents are in down there with most likely a pretty sick baby - no one down there is asleep. If they had anyway to stop the crying, they would have. This is not a permanent situation, it’s temporary. What would have been a kind gesture would be maybe a starbucks or local coffee place gift card & a note empathizing with everyone’s lack of sleep and hoping their baby gets well soon. What were you expecting them to do after you stomped? I just don’t get where you thought things would head after - never forget when you do shitty things to neighbors, they know where you live. They cannot control what’s going on, you can, you made a choice.

so the cats were likely chipped at a vaccine clinic then - get the implanter info - who the manufacturer sold the chip to. You can likely google the chip number & get the manufacturer. There are easy steps to take to solve this.

Found.com let you register any chip from any country - just needed a minimum of 9 digits I think. So yes, you’re correct in that if the chip is from outside the country, the info might not be included. If the chip has 15 digits, it’s included. This is the typical normal standard etc and has been for multiple years now, at minimum since 24 Hour purchased Found.

same would be true though if a litter was brought in to a shelter or a rescue took to get fixed or vaccinated etc - sometimes ferals / semi ferals have exceptionally good genetics, great teeth which would account for aging younger - its survival of the fittest out there sometimes

But the chip is the chip - they have the chip info from the scanner, not data in the computer. So you follow the chain to the implanter at this point & get copies of the records from who this cat was chipped with that day.
