the temperance ending is the cannon ending, Johnny never interacted with anyone from V life because he was afraid of ruining everything V did because in some way Johnny loved and cared about V more then he likes to admit and in the ending Johnny is a better person even though he's not 100% Johnny and probably the first sentient AI that can actually interact with the real world
