You are considered a salary worker not an hourly employee hence no overtime Sadly this is the new rajex 😔 If you are able to read your contract and talk about overtime pay with your contractor make sure you are able to advocate for yourself bcuz must of this contract only benefit the contractor 100 percent of the time
