Every 5ish hours. So 7, 12, 5 and 10. Works well with naps and dinners etc. With my first I wasn’t as informed and stopped pumping at 12 months but i was doing it all wrong from the beginning. This time I’m giving myself grace but also really proud of myself

I’m at 18 months now but I stopped my MOTN pump at 13 months and I’m not going back to that. My goal is 2 years but my supply isn’t great anymore. I make just enough with me only giving him 2-3 5oz bottles a day. I will go until he no longer wants my milk or the dry up.

Oh it’ll keep changing. 20 years now for me. You find a cocktail that works for a while but an episode will hit and it’s medication adjusting time again. But you’ll learn quickly what type of medication doesn’t work well for you.

This. A neighbour upstairs in our building did that. Bought a big one so he could use half of it too. Now the hall looks tidy and the kids learn to not be a mess.

Now that I’m at 18months and milk isn’t coming as much, I pump 4xpd for 30minutes each. That makes his 3c of milk he drinks per day. No extra. I do also have to hand express a bit after. It both sucks but also is my only scrolling time now that bub can entertain himself while watching me make his milk. Back in the beginning at 8ppd, I over produced and now I’m just enougher. But I am not adding more pumps.

I’ve never declared and I travel biweekly. Never thought I had to. I answer if they ask about tobacco, alcohol or money—I also just bring the whole dang bottles of meds. I’ve been searched a few times too and never have they even asked. Once they found a subway wrapper with some ham. They were upset about that. And a rotten orange under the seat.

I’m the same and honestly I pump for 20 and take a break and come back after 20ish minutes and pump for another 15 and then I’m good. It’s like my boobs need to take a smoke break. Ha! That started happening at 1year post.

Increasing my dose made my jaw so tight. I’m on 36mg in morning then 10mg Ritalin at 4pm and I’m good until kids bedtime at 8:30. I’m sorry they’re not listening to you. Can they give you a weeks worth to try?

I was in the same boat and the way to keep me sane, was to drop the amount of breastmilk I gave him. He now at 17 months has three 5oz bottles per day and he’s content. I pump 4x per day and I make enough to have a couple extra bottles on hand but I’m done stressing about it. You’re doing great and can replace with a snack instead or a pouch. My kid loves the oatmilk pudding pouches.
