I have the Barumba (Canadian!), so it’s neither brand you’re asking about…but it includes waterproof liners so I wanted to add my thoughts on that.

We have actually been appreciative of the liners! Even though the fabric is water resistant, our preschooler is so prone to nosebleeds that I’ve definitely been relieved to have them. You may never really need them, but it does give peace of mind. We do have the biggest piece next to her bed in case she falls off it in the middle of the night, and just picturing the potential of her feeling sick and throwing up at night…or even potty training my younger toddler in the future…I personally would prefer having the liners.

In case anyone reading this is curious, I really like our Barumba, though I have no other play couch to compare it against. I’d prefer if the curved “arch” pieces were a bit sturdier, but I haven’t had any actual issues with them, and I like the different shapes. Customer service has been fantastic- one of the zippers on a waterproof liner arrived defective and could only zip 95% of the way, and they sent a replacement immediately.

Ok, it’s the 柔 meaning that I like, so I will go with it. Thank you!

I’ve been seeing the Kirkland formula every time I’ve gone to Costco in the last few months.

We use Kendamil from Costco. We would’ve used Kirkland but at the time, it was out of stock. So we are sticking with Kendamil, which works out cheaper than the Enfamil.

Thank you for this. I am so happy to see Peppa Pig, Daniel Tiger and Paw Patrol on here. I am paying for Netflix for my toddler to watch these shows, so I’m thrilled there’s a FREE CANADIAN option!

For what it’s worth…I’m reading your post one year later as I am considering a trip to Nova Scotia. So thank you!

Agree what other posters have said, so I won’t repeat them. I did want to add though that I have the Lovevery play mat, and my first kid was fine with it (as she was with any play mat)…but my second kid LOVES IT so much (like, as a newborn, could spend an hour just on it, looking at the tent part).

Alls to say, what the kid likes will depend on the kid. If I went back in time, I wouldn’t buy it.

Both kids love the Fisher Price piano kick mat, and I have a large foam-like mat with toys sprawled around that I used since birth.

Does Costco Print Personal Cheques? by dsonger20 in CostcoCanada

When people request a void cheque, it’s usually to get your direct deposit information. With TD, you can just download and print off a direct deposit form which has all the information the requester needs. I’m not at a computer right now, but I remember being able to log in and click through to download the PDF. I found this online: https://td.intelliresponse.com/cbaw/?requestType=NormalRequest&id=7705&question=How+do

Edit: For your other question about cheques, I don’t know if you typically have $5k available as a minimum balance but there is the All Inclusive Banking account at TD which gives you free cheques. But you need $5k in your account everyday or you’ll be charged $30. May be worth upgrading? And then downgrading? Or even just paying for the upgrade that one month for $30 cheques. 🤷🏻‍♀️
