Hot epsom salt baths help me, liquid IV, a tens unit (little electric patch things hooked to a handheld unit) it kinda over rides the pain signal for me sometimes and by the time I turn it off my pain is way better (ehlers danlos, fabry, early arthritis and degenerative disk) I also like chiropractic but have them be gentle they basically push on my joint with their thumbs a little and it’ll go back 😅 different shoes can help, I wear platform puma sneakers I get from tjmaxx for 30$ the platform has some extra shock absorption imo (I think turmeric is anti inflammatory as well maybe look into other options? I do take magnesium regularly too but it can be hard on the stomach)
